Open House No. 9: BOHEMIAN WITH CLASS

Having never been to this house before taking photos, I was pleasantly surprised with my coworker's nest. I was welcomed by stellar conversationalists who offered me delightful Indian food.
If only every Tuesday could be like that.

Open House No. 7: DIY MODERN CHARM

We've known this next couple since we moved here almost two years ago. K & B are one of a kind & we enjoy their lighthearted & sincere friendship. Their home certainly reflects their craftiness, hospitality & love for one another.
Location: Madison Park | Seattle, WA
Bedrooms: 1
Description: Simple color & clean lines
Makes you want to: begin a craft project

I love the accent pieces in their home -
many of which were hand made, hand sewn, or hand painted : )

[DIY FEATURES]

 curtains + place mat:
K made this tiny shelf and this little cardboard moose:
Here's a simple prayer reminder piece they made. Mr. Fleece & I were challenged to do the same!
B went through some sweat, blood, & tears before hunting down this beautiful dresser on Craigslist.
Read more here.
Check out these cute miniature vases that were perfume bottles in their former lives:
& guess what, they even "made" the bed : )

[OTHER FAVORITE THINGS]

This little nook with a view of Lake Washington:
these sweet wedding photos:
& basically their whole living room:
It's fun to have friends with such great style : )

Open House No. 6: ECLECTIC VINTAGE

Continuing with my open house series, here's the lovely home of our good friends, J & W. Over the past year and a half we have bonded over actuarial exams,
game playing & thrift store shopping.

Description: mid century modern
Makes you want to: start a collection of your own

Every time I go to their home I admire something new - whether it's a new trinket (and by new I mean old : )) or new wall hanging, I simply love their style. Here's a glimpse -
